Delicious Shrimp and Sausage Pink Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages fettucine
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 package medium shrimp
  • 1 package anduoille sausage
  • olive oil
  • Zatarain's blackened seasoning
  • Tony Chachere's Seasoning
  • Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Prep: Remove tails and shells from shrimp, you are welcome to keep them on if you would prefer. Cut up 1/4 of a yellow onion, 3 small bell peppers. and 3 stalks of celery. You can also buy this already diced. Also cut up sausage links into smaller pieces. Season shrimp with blackened seasoning, minced garlic, black pepper, Tony Chachere's and paprika for extra spice. Boil small pot of waterfor noodles.
  • Place olive oil in skillet and cook shrimp until they are pale
    and pink in color.
  • Remove shrimp from pan and place sausage in remaining juice letover from the shrimp
  • Cook sausage until brown and remove from skillet
  • Place chopped bell peppers, onion, and celery into skillet. Cook until soft.
  • Add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes and 1 can of alredo sauce to skillet.
  • Add sausage and shrimp and let simmer for 7-10 minutes.
  • Mix noodles into sauce and enjoy!!!!
